Why you should work here

At least 27 days of vacation

You will get 27 vacation days per year to start with. You will get one additional day per year for each year of employment up to 30 days.

viafintech is not just any other fintech company. Since the acquisition by Paysafe end of 2021 we are working in 27 countries together as one team to make our products even bigger. With about 90 people from 15 different nationalities we represent a diverse team that is just different. Your everyday challenge will be to prove what you’re made of! And that means the learning curve. We are in constant exchange, get coached by external mentors and support each individual through workshops, lectures and events. It is extremely important to us that everyone feels comfortable. Therefore we celebrate office and team events as well as Lucky Lunches to really get to know each other.
