Is this you?
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics or a comparable course of studies
Ideally, you have gained initial experience in project management (internships are sufficient)
You are fluent in spoken and written German and English to communicate with our clients and colleagues
You are a talented communicator and have excellent self-management skills
You have a strong hands-on mentality and are very confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
You enjoy working on a wide variety of tasks and projects in a constantly growing environment
What will be your mission?
You will work closely with our team to drive forward current and comprehensive projects and provide support with research tasks, preparation pitch decks or calculation of business cases
You will prepare regular reports in the retail sector for our investors, the board of directors and our partners
You will support our team in administrative tasks, for instance management of existing clients, maintenance of Salesforce and updating and maintaining our knowledge sharing system
You will actively support the communication process with our end-customers, take care of the investigation of fraud cases on your own responsibility and support the customer service in operative tasks
You will be responsible for the preparation, coordination and organization for participation of trade fairs and conferences as well as other marketing and newsletter activities
