Human Resources – People & Culture Praktikum/Internship (f/m/*)

What will be your mission?
You will be preparing the onboarding of your new team members. You will welcome and accompany them on their first day and in doing so you round up their candidate experience
You will be open and present for our people, especially your fellow interns and help them in dealing with HR related topics, while also keeping on top of Personio (our HRM tool)
You will especially help out our non-German speaker/ internationals with typical HR topics (registration, health insurance etc.)
You will get an introduction to HR-legal topics and apply what you learned
You will join in on the fun of planning and executing our team events
Is this you?
You are a student of economics with a focus on human resources, psychology or a related field of study
You are fluent in spoken and written German and English to communicate with our candidates and colleagues
You are a communicative all-round talent and have a sense for people
You have excellent self-management and are ready to always give 100%
You enjoy learning about new topics and find solutions to any challenge
You are looking for a 3-6 month full time internship at our headquarters in Berlin
