What will be your mission?

• You will be the public representative of our company In Italy and the driving force in our mission to become the primary go-to solution for digital cash deposit and withdrawals
• You will shape and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market
• You will be responsible for the P&L of the Italian market and the full marketing, communication, and integration budget
• You will lead and motivate a talented team consisting of 3 people and support them to develop the existing partnerships and to acquire new customer
• You will broad our retail network in Italy by originating and winning the biggest Italian retail accounts
• You will conduct business performance reports and monitor tracking against targets – financial, operational, and commercial
• You will represent viafintech in Italy at fairs both locally and internationally to create brand awareness of our core product viacash

Is this you?

• You already have 6+ years of experience in a retail, FMCG, consulting or startup environment
• You have a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable course of studies
• You have previous experience in leading a team and a proven track record of managing individuals in growth and development
• You have excellent sales skills in the B2B environment, such as business acumen and negotiation skills, a broad network of contacts in the retail sector is a big plus
• You have great public speaking and communication skills and enjoy working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• You are a native speaker of Italian and fluent in English to communicate with our clients and colleagues
• You distinguish yourself through an exceptionally structured and methodical way of working
